I truly felt Hannahβs helplessness and desperation in this episode, and I completely understand why she makes the difficult choice she does. Betrayed, heartbroken, and facing the humiliation of deportation, she cannot return home after sacrificing everything for a man who never deserved her. Just when she feels completely hopeless, Alex offers her a contract marriage to repay her for saving his life. The fake marriage allows her to stay in the country legally, build a new life, and even find quiet revenge against the man who broke her heart. Hannah is torn between trusting a mysterious, dangerous stranger and facing a humiliating, defeated return home, but her anger and inner strength push her forward. The episode does an incredible job showing her vulnerability and courage at the same time, and by the end, I was already deeply curious about how their fake marriage will evolve.
